2021 Shipping Delays
Shipping delays gives us all anxiety. Especially when trying to get gifts out to your loved ones. This is unusual for us, as we pride ourselves on fast shipping! Please know we are doing our best to get all of your orders out as fast as possible. Once you receive shipping and tracking information from us, via email, your package is given to USPS within 24hrs of you receiving tracking information. Once your package is in their care, we have no control on the delivery timing. General Shipping Information
All orders are securely packaged and automatically addressed to the address you provide with your order. We use USPS for all of our shipping needs. Once customized and processed, most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. The total processing, customization, and shipping time is 3-7 business days in the US. We currently do not ship outside of the US.
For lazer cut/personalized jewelry:
Each piece of personalized jewelry is made specifically for you! So please allow the appropriate time to receive your special jewelry! Please allow 7-15 business days for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered. We are committed to making sure your necklace is perfectly made to meet your needs!
Orders placed before 2pm EST will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will begin processing the following business day.
Once you receive a shipping confirmation, please allow up to 24-48hrs to begin receiving tracking updates.
We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed by the post office.
If you find something wrong with your item please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please provide photographic proof within 24 hours of you receiving the item! We will do our best to work with you. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges! Please keep in mind we are not responsible for any broke and damaged goods after your item is shipped and in the hands of USPS.
